👋 Hey, I’m Josh! I am an entrepreneur that has a passion for businesses. I enjoy all things that go into making them run; from operations, sales, marketing, and customer service.

In addition to entrepreneurship, I have had a lifelong dedication to competitive sports. Specifically, I have speed inline skated professionally and traveled the world competing. I have spent countless hours training and learning dedication, teamwork, resilience, strategy and how to overcome difficulties. This has taught me many valuable skills that have directly transferred over to my career professionally. I have always been a person with a lot of runway.

In 2010, I started out as a spray technician at Bathcrest of Seattle and was quickly promoted to lead. In 2016, I was given the opportunity to take over and own the business and I did for 5 years. During that time, I revamped the non-existing marketing and website, updated the accounting system, created a new process to train and onboard employees, updated all equipment with more efficient and safer versions, held regular safety meetings, and improved overall customer experience.

Operating Bathcrest of Seattle has taught me invaluable skills that I will forever be grateful for. I look forward to applying and building upon this experience in all career opportunities that come my way.

📜 Projects

I created a sales funnel and taught myself how to use Mailchimp the go-to email marketing tool.

After learning the basics of Mailchimp, I created a pop-up, lead magnet, and welcome email sequence.

I found leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Hunter.io while teaching myself how to use Salesforce to store those leads and organize outreach to clients.

I used LinkedIn Sales Navigator to hunt for potential clients and used Hunter.io to verify each leads email. I imported the leads into Salesforce where I organized a system for outreach.

I added a chat feature to a website and taught myself how to use Zendesk to respond to incoming tickets.

I used Zendesk to add a chat feature to a website I created with Wix website builder in order to improve a company's customer success teams response time. I then taught myself how to use Zendesk to respond to incoming customer inquiries.

I organized inbound and outbound leads while teaching myself Hubspot.

I created a leads list in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and took leads from Mailchimp to import into Hubspot. I then organized the inbound and outbound leads.
